AGM of shareholders of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited was held on 28 March 2023 at 1300 hrs at FFBL Tower, DHA-II, Islamabad. Quorum as was required under applicable law was present at the meeting either in person or through proxies, physically as well as virtually. Chairman of the Board chaired the meeting. There being no conflict on any agenda by any member. The house unanimously approved the minutes of EGM dated 25 Aug 2022, Statutory Auditors i.e, M/s EY Ford Rhodes & Co, Chartered Accountants for year 2023 and adopted Financial Statements for the year ended 31 Dec 2022 as recommended by the Board of Directors. Certificated true copies of resolutions as approved /adopted by the members are broadcasted through PSX data portal for information of members/investors.

The Board of Directors of Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited vide 158th Board of Directors held at Fauji Towers, 68 Tipu Road, Rawalpindi on 30 January 2023, recommended to the shareholders the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022. The Financial Results comprising of Statement of Profit or Loss (Unconsolidated and Consolidated) are attached.
